Our engineering team has over 15 years of experience and applies their extensive building and electrical code knowledge to every design. We provide a high level of collaboration amongst client, engineering, project management and contractor to bridge the gap between engineering and construction. This proactive approach improves the quality and performance of the design by reducing errors and omissions and refining the overall efficiency of the design and construction process.

Prefabrication
Prefabrication helps us meet our goal to always provide a reliable product for our clients. Our in-house prefab keeps our projects lean by combining quality and efficiency in a controlled environment. When ready for install the prefabricated electrical components ship from our shop directly to the jobsite allowing us to reduce job site waste, time and material storage while also creating a safer environment.

Nationwide Constructability Review
Whether you are looking to determine the feasibility of an addition to your facility or are just looking for an asbuilt drawings of your facilities existing conditions, Radiant has you covered with our Site Survey services. Survey and Electrical system assessment services include the following: survey existing electrical service, survey of the existing power distribution system, spot meter readings, 30-day meter readings, infrared scanning, equipment condition assessment, power device layout survey, lighting survey, identification of code violations, assessment report of findings, asbuilt drawing of findings, feasibility report of future additions or modifications.
